Why didnt you take the rivets off and remove the baffle

I just want to tell you all the way from Australia that you are a champion. I followed your instructions and I've just fitted those mirrors to my 390 duke. 1 KTM 390 mirror here in Australia costs 140 dollars. 2 of them cost 280. All together with a new set of Allen keys in 2022 cost me 40 dollars. Knowlege...... he was running the holesaw way to fast. They should not about 350 rpm and they wont burn up and cut better. That means, u need a variable speed drill motor.

Can you please tell me what size rubber washer did you used to fill that gap between mirrors and bar end weights ?

How is the vibration on those mirror.. i have the same and i trying to reduce the vibration.. i actually put a double sided 3m tape between were the mirror and the bar end weight meets..

Would 60 mm work?

I don’t understand why people are destroying their stock exhaust by cutting, just take off the muffler, you get a much better sound from the bike without the whole muffler

My family and i were staying in our vacation cabin in Cobbly Knob for the holidays. That Monday we left at 430 pm for Sevierville due to the smoke. Our cabin burnt down and i am so blessed that myself, my son and his family we are with me. I still hurt for the neighbors who lost all.

The one responsible for that fire needs to spend the rest of theire life in prison without ever getting out there was things burnt up that can never be replaced its not the cost of how much burnt but the houses and other things that burnt up and burnt down they need to spend the rest of theire life in prison and watch a tape of the fire every day to think about what they done if i had been there i would have chained them up and let them burn up in the fire while the people that lost theire homes and buisness whatched then you could say justice was served tax payers shouldnt be resposisble for keeping them alive thinhs will never be the same because of that fire

Would be easier to plug a slip-on exhaust plus it would make better sound . I have 2018 model and I’m going to put Leo Vince decat + gpr slip on to make it full system without the catalytic converter, and that sounds beast

Thanks for the video, I dont trust the expander clamp mount that comes with these products. Just mounted it this way with the longer screws today, works great. Question, what is the name of the style of thread cover you used for the stock mirror mounts? I cant find them on ebay or amazon. Would be cool if you also have a link for the spacer for the gap between the mirror mount and bar cap. Thanks again for the vid
